Kelli Hines struggled for over 8 years with her weight. Due to an exercise limitation after a surgery, she gained over 190 pounds in just four years. Healthy Habits Fitness was founded by Kelli based on her personal success story!

We are professional health, fitness and lifestyle coaches  dedicated to helping our clients reach their fitness goals.

                                  

 

  In September 2007, I made the commitment to take control back of my life and my health. The only way I knew to start was to get a personal trainer. The trainer worked with me to develop a diet that I could live with and an exercise program that would help me reach the goals I set for myself. Two and a half years later, I have lost over 150 lbs. I feel fabulous, have my self-confidence back and am off all of the medications that I had been put on to manage the excess weight related issues like cholesterol and high blood pressure.
